• Items sent and delivered: With the withdrawal form within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
  Return shipments are at the expense of the consumer.
• Ordered training courses: With the cancellation form within 14 calendar days after registration and as long as the training has not taken place.
